This rental is in the Sombras gated community, the only luxury condo complex within walking distance (100 yards) to the beach. The beach town, Playa del Coco, has large supermarkets, diving stores, tourist tiendas, hardware stores, banks, restaurants, etc. In addition, next to the gated community is a small shopping center with realtors, a small grocery store, restaurants and bars. While the Main Street of Coco is with in walking distance and may get lively at night, the condo location is quiet and peaceful.
